Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.

EFT breathes fresh air into the healing process by borrowing from the Chinese meridian system. While acupuncture, acupressure and the like have been primarily focused on physical ailments, EFT stands back from this ancient process and points it also at emotional issues. These, in turn, often provide benefits for performance and physical issues.

Since EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) evolved in the 1990’s, it has been used on an expansive range of problems including; phobias, physical pain, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome and a broad range of self-sabotaging behaviour patterns. Thousands are becoming aware of these powerful techniques; therapists and healers, scientists, doctors, psychiatrists and the general public.

The focus of this practice is based on establishing a collaborative relationship so that your needs can be identified, addressed and resolved. Being able to identify specific issues is important in addressing the disruptions in our energy systems that leads to suffering or being unable to reach our potential.

I  have often found that in order to help the body heal at the physical level, we need to address underlying trauma or energy blockages that are keeping us stuck in patterns that do not serve us.

Stress and challenging relationships, together with wounds and unhelpful “programming” from the past, can drag us down and block us from reaching our true potential.. No matter what your issue is, chances are  when nothing else works,  EFT will.

I work with clients to resolve their long term emotional issues with EFT. I am fascinated by the healing process and have developed a great interest in exploring how our past experiences, form the beliefs and issues we want to overcome today. I work mostly with long term chronic cases. However, I believe that almost anyone could benefit greatly from clearing out backlog from the past, and the possibilities are endless once you clear it out.
